Education: Is the Key

DO YOU BELIEVE? DO YOU REALLY BELIEVE??? There is not a Senior Executive that doesn’t say that he/she believes in educating their “Team” and yet if you were to measure the money, and time that they devote to teaching…you and they might be surprised. It is a proven FACT that the more a company invests into development of an employee is directly proportional to how well they perform AND how long they stay with that company. The same study shows that bonus checks are short lived (not that we don’t all LOVE bonus checks), but we don’t’ supplant the checks with other more lasting events. Providing employees with educational experiences, both internal and external, will go far towards not only improving performance but also in increasing their allegiance to you. The cost of turnover is well documented. But what are we, and more importantly YOU, doing to reduce it? Let me know…. I’m interested…….. there are GREAT programs out in the marketplace that can supplement your efforts in developing your Team.
