Communication is Primary
for Performance

What is the FINISH Line within your company? …is there one explained….is it understood by ALL employees…can they recite it on….demand?....or is it like a Rainbow…always elusive…yet always beautiful. I find too often Senior Management (and I use that term loosely) doesn’t explain the goals of the owner or focus of the company to the site employees. Not sure why, maybe they don’t feel that they are capable of “understanding” the depth of “more revenue and less expenses”, even though it is a fairly simple equation. Just because the employee didn’t go to, and graduate from, a 4 year college… sometimes we “want to keep it simple” for them. These are shallow thoughts and definitely shortchange the abilities of those that we hire. Some of my BEST District Managers were individuals that didn’t have any more than a HS education…formally…but they had a Graduate degree in “LIFE”. |
