Can’t Thrive Without It

If it isn’t the BEST thing…it is right up there next to it. The ability of a positive Team outperforming a team with “Potential” is astounding!!! We have all seen it. You can close your eyes and pick out individuals or Teams that are simply performing at a level that is UN-Believeable but is simply due to their positive attitude. So why would you EVER put up with a bad or challenged attitude? As mentioned in prior blogs, one of the GREAT benefits of today’s unemployment is that there are some seriously motivated individuals out there!!! They are not only motiviated for the simple paycheck, but they are also motivated by a company that will push, pull and educate them to a higher level. Is that your company? Do you know…..do you REALLY know???
