I am putting together this website for several reasons: First to share years upon years of experiences (some the HARD way) so that others might not have to “feel the pain”. My undergrad degree was in Business Education with a double major in Management as well. Then I became a basketball coach, first at Kent State, then as Head Basketball coach at S.U.N.Y. -Morrisville for two wonderful years. I like teaching, I like sharing ideas….I like LEARNING!!! This website is designed to share my thoughts and experiences with the reader and more importantly to provide an avenue for the readers to share their thoughts and experiences. I found out a long, long time ago that “collaborative reasoning” provides much better decisions and direction than one-dimensional decision making. So I encourage and ask that you provide input and content for others to see. If you disagree, please state so, but more importantly, state why you disagree and what differing thoughts and solutions you have. Secondly, I have been fortunate to work alongside some of the most creative, intelligent and driven people in the business and hopefully you out there will share your experiences.

The great thing about living today is the strength of the technology that we have and how it can help all of us gain access to new ideas and solutions. The challenge that we all have is how do we change information into knowledge and then how do we change knowledge into actionable items (DOING SOMETHING)!!! We must learn not to confuse activity with productivity. And productivity without an outcome is not the best use of one’s time as well.
